Fans of virtual battles on computers will be able to expand their capabilities when using cloud gaming. ASUS is launching a new gaming laptop ASUS Chromebook Flip CM5, powered by the Chrome OS operating system, focused on cloud gaming battles, and with high autonomy and performance.
The new ASUS Chromebook Flip CM5 model gets a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) touchscreen, 178-degree viewing angles and a maximum brightness of 250 nits. The computer is equipped with unique hinges that allow you to transform your laptop into a tablet by rotating the screen 360 degrees. Also, the proprietary Ergolift hinges allow the user to reduce the strain on the hands when working with the keyboard. To do this, the hinges raise the laptop case when working with the keyboard. The use of a stylus is also available.
Computer hardware runs on AMD Ryzen 3500C processor with AMD Radeon graphics, gets up to 16GB of RAM, 128GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD or 256 GB. The younger modification of the laptop with a Ryzen 3 3250C processor will receive only 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Gaming laptops support Google Stadia and GeForce Now platforms.
Chiclet keyboard in ASUS Flip CM5 notebooks is backlit and has WASD keys. The computer has Harman Kardon acoustics, Titan C security processor. Wireless communication is provided by Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 modules. There are USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, HDMI 1.4 connectors and a microSD expansion slot.
The Chromebook Flip CM5 is shipped to the market with an obsidian velvet aluminum alloy metal cover. Autonomous operation for 10 hours is provided by a 57 Wh battery. Laptop weight – 1.95 kg. The younger model ASUS Flip CM5 with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of permanent memory.
